Hi, I'm Alex a certified running coach, local to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast Queensland. I'm passionate about helping runners succeed. Whether you are training for your first 5k, want to PB in the marathon, or taking it from the roads to a mountain ultra, I want to help you succeed. I believe if you work hard consistently you will receive the rewards.
I create personalised running programs suited to each runner's unique needs and goals. My programs adapt as you improve and always give you the right training for where you are in your journey. I help my athletes to surpass their limits and achieve remarkable results. I am dedicated to guiding runners of all levels to success, fostering a supportive and motivating environment every step of the way.
